Search & Seizure CD is out! April 14, 2004
Search & Seizure was originally taped and slated to be released as an EP in late 1986.A 45 was
released in November1986 with a snipped version of "Full Time Musician "and "Livin' in a Love
Song" on the B side. My $2000 and master tape supposedly went off to the LP pressing plant,
never to be seen again, as pressing plants began going bankrupt with the CD age on the horizon.
This nasty twist of fate did lead to the "free"studio time with my buddy Ray, trying to placate me
for the loss of S & S. This led to the "Immortally Wounded" LP and the "Random Enforcement"
LP; my somewhat cult legacy.(see: Weirdsville.com). But in the dust and confusion S&S ceased
to exist. The original line-up consisted of long versions of the above mentioned 45 and a B side of the
"Double Trouble Crew" about a DA's use of perjury and blackmail, "White Nigger", Goodbye
Lenny Bias" and the "Sun Came Shinin". 4 of which I managed to wind down this collective
history of 18 years of "Freddy K and the Breeze" with. These cuts represent at least one song
with every musician ever to record with the band, to the best of my somewhat suspect memory.
May God bless the players and even more so the listeners...Freddy K

Even We Get Letters!
Good to see yr Freddy K. page back online. I run Weirdsville! WebRadio, the
most eclectic and bizzare radio station on the web, and we just added Random
Enforcement as our latest Featured Album
(www.weirdsville.com/featured2.html), with detalied liner notes and
anecdotes by former Rabbit Sean Ellia. Sean introduced me to Freddy back in
the early 90's and it has been a favorite album ever since.
If you have any other clues about the Man, please let us know. Are there
more recordings out there? Sean just remembers Random Enforcement. The only
other info I could find online (besides yr page) is the BMI listing for Ray
of Hope Publishing, which has 150 or so songs listed (many tantalizing song
titles: Turkey's Den, Throw Mama From The Plane, Rock Cocaine, Goodbye Lenny
Bias). There's an address & phone #, but I'm kinda frightened at the
prospect of calling and actually getting a live Freddy Francis Kussman on
the other end ;)
Stay Weird!
